The WorldGrad is a leader in providing overseas education opportunities to Indian students, catering to the requirements of students looking to study in Australia, the UK, or the USA. They offer undergraduate and graduate programs from top-rated and ranked universities across multiple disciplines.
The Objective
The core objective included increasing organic revenue, but objectives leading to this included increasing new users, overall users, organic rankings, organic session length, and improving the user experience.

The Challenge
Before being able to achieve the desired objectives, The WorldGrad were facing the following obstacles:

A lack of website optimisation and technical error resolution impacted the website indexing, rankings, and traffic. In turn, this impacted user numbers and organic session lengths.
The Solution
Knowing the challenges, we started devising a custom strategy capable of eliminating the challenges and ensuring goal achievement. Our strategy steps to improve the website’s SEO status include:
On-page SEO optimisation: research conducted helped us identify keywords relevant to the target audience and services offered.
Backlink building: we built high-quality backlinks through an aggressive content development strategy, including guest posting on reputable websites.
Content optimisation: Taking the relevant keywords, we strategically included them in website content and a carefully planned blogging calendar.
Technical SEO: all technical website aspects were optimised, including indexing through updating the Robots.txt file, implementing breadcrumb optimisation, fixing errors, and optimising the XML Sitemap. These worked to increase the website’s technical SEO score.
Schema markup: timplementing a well-structured Schema markup helped search engines decipher content better, resulting in a significant click-through rate (CTR) increase.
Website auditing: consistent website auditing worked to identify and eliminate core issues that negatively impacted rankings and user experience, including loading and accessibility.
The Result
On-page optimisation, backlink building, content optimisation, technical SEO, and implementing schema were steps of our strategy. Together, these steps increased organic rankings, organic sessions, non-brand clicks, users, and organic revenue.

Organic traffic increased due to content optimisation efforts, including keyword use in website and blog content, and an increase in organic traffic from 1,578 to 9,588 was achieved.

SEO Keyword Rankings
The number of SEO ranking keywords increased drastically through keyword-optimised website and blog content. The increase was more than 95% from 397 to 8,645 from August 2022 to July 2024.

Backlink Building
Our SEO strategy worked to increase backlinks with a visibly significant increase of over 2x fold from 888 to 2109 backlinks throughout our professional SEO services (August 2023 to July 2024).
